Singapore International Arbitration Centre invites applications to join the Centre as:


Job responsibilities:

Assist in the development, review, and implementation of Legal and Compliance policies, guidelines and initiatives to ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations in countries where SIAC operates
Conduct and evaluate relevant trainings, including compliance risk assessment and orientation on new regulations, policies and/or procedures
Assist in investigations on compliance issues
Conduct legal research, draft and review contracts, correspondence and other legal documents
Review and assess new regulations and industry best practices and propose/implement relevant and necessary actions
Assist in the conduct of compliance reviews and audits
Monitor and follow through on compliance audit findings
Prepare reports on compliance


Diploma or Degree in Law
Minimum 3 years of proven track record in Legal and Compliance
Sound knowledge of privacy laws, anti-money laundering laws and sanctions; relevant knowledge or exposure in a global setting is an advantage
Proficient in the use of common office applications, communication and collaboration tools
Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management
Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
