CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
img-limseokhui As the Chief Executive Officer, Ms Lim is responsible for the overall management and operations of SIAC, including business development. She formerly practised in Singapore and Hong Kong SAR as a corporate and M&A lawyer with international as well as Singapore law firms, and has also held General Counsel positions in various multinational corporations. She is called to the Singapore Bar and the Bar of England & Wales, and is also admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales and Hong Kong SAR. Ms Lim previously held a concurrent role as the first Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), and currently sits on the Board of Directors of SIMC.



DELPHINE HO
REGISTRAR
img-delphine As Registrar of SIAC, Delphine oversees the SIAC Secretariat in the provision of case management services.

Delphine joins the SIAC with both private and public sector experience. She has spent a significant part of her career with leading Singapore law firms where she specialised in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. She subsequently joined the Singapore Legal Service and served as an Assistant Registrar of the Singapore Supreme Court. Delphine is called to the Singapore Bar and is also admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales. In addition, she is an Associate Mediator of the Singapore Mediation Centre.

Delphine speaks English, Mandarin and French.

KEVIN NASH
DEPUTY REGISTRAR & CENTRE DIRECTOR
img-kevin As Deputy Registrar and Centre Director, Kevin assists the Registrar in the administration of all cases filed with SIAC, and the supervision of SIAC's multinational Secretariat.

Kevin holds a B.A. from Mount Allison University and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Kevin worked at one of Canada's prominent 'Seven Sister' law firms and then went on to study an LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration at Stockholm University. He is qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor with the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Kevin speaks English and French.

ALIONA BITKIVSKAJA
COUNSEL
img-janicelee Aliona graduated with an LL.M. in International Business Law from the National University of Singapore, specializing in International Arbitration, International Investment Law and Comparative Oil and Gas Law. She also holds a B.A. degree in Anthropology and Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Prior to joining SIAC, Aliona worked at a global financial services provider and completed internships at international law firms in Europe and Asia.

Aliona is a New York-qualified lawyer. She is fluent in English, Russian and Lithuanian.

QIAN WU
COUNSEL
img-qianwu Qian is a graduate of Sichuan University (Bachelor's degree in law), Xiamen University (Master's degree in law) and the Geneva LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS).

Prior to joining SIAC, Qian practiced litigation and arbitration in Beijing with a Chinese law firm. She also worked for major law firms in Paris and Geneva.

Qian is fluent in Mandarin and English.

KENDISTA WANTAH
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-kendistawantah Kendista graduated from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan where he actively participated and performed with distinction in international moot court competitions. Kendista thereafter practiced commercial litigation and arbitration - both national and international - with leading dispute resolution firms in Indonesia. He also clerked for one of the foremost Indonesian arbitrators prior to joining SIAC.

Kendista is admitted to the Indonesian Bar. He is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

PAULINE LOW
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-paulinelow Pauline holds an LL.B. (Hons) from University of Malaya. Prior to joining SIAC, Pauline interned at an international oil and gas company, and was subsequently an associate in the Dispute Resolution Group of a top-tier law firm in Malaysia. She is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Malaysian Bar.

Pauline is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

ANGELA YAP
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-AngelaYap Angela graduated with a LL.B. (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University and was called to the bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn in 2010. She is admitted to practice as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Prior to joining SIAC, Angela practiced commercial litigation and arbitration and was a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Division of one of the leading law firms in Malaysia.

She is admitted to practice as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Prior to joining SIAC, she practiced shipping and commercial litigation at a law firm in Singapore.

PIYUSH PRASAD
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-PiyushPrasad Piyush earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the National Law University, Jodhpur and is qualified to practice law in India and New York (admission pending). As a Senior Associate in the dispute resolution team of one of the largest Indian law firms in New Delhi, he represented clients in arbitrations and litigations. He earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, on a scholarship, from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was the Vice-President of the International Law Society.

Piyush is fluent in English and Hindi.

CHAHAT CHAWLA
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-ChahatChawla Chahat earned his Bachelor of Laws, BA., LL.B. (Hons.) degree securing a First Class result from School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore. He also holds a Master’s Degree in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore. During law school, Chahat was the Convenor of the Journals and Publication Society and the Co-Convenor of the Moot Court Society. He also participated in moot court competitions and has won individual and team awards. Prior to joining SIAC, he was a Senior Associate at one of India’s top-tier law firms and has assisted leading Senior Advocates in various arbitrations and litigations.

Chahat is qualified to practice law in India and is fluent in English and Hindi.

DEXTER CHENG
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-DexterCheng Dexter graduated with a LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. He is admitted to practice as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Prior to joining SIAC, Dexter trained with a boutique law firm in Singapore which specialises in corporate and commercial law.

Dexter is fluent in English and Mandarin.

THEA ELYSSA VEGA
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-TheaElyssaVega Prior to joining the SIAC, Thea was an Associate Solicitor at the Office of the Solicitor General in the Philippines where she handled criminal, civil, international commercial, and investor-state arbitration cases. She was part of the UNCITRAL Working Group III on Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform, wherein she participated in inter-agency discussions on alternative dispute settlement.

Thea earned her Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in the Philippines in 2016 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017. While she was in law school, she helped organise national moot court competitions, joined inter-class debates, and interned at the Philippine Supreme Court.

JORDI DE LA TORRE ANGLADA
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-JordiDeLaTorre Jordi holds a B.A. in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. He is admitted to the New York Bar.

Before law school, Jordi worked as a research economist at the Private Sector Development Team of the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C. Following law school graduation, Jordi clerked for Judge Stephen R. Reinhardt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Los Angeles, California. He was subsequently an associate at the corporate department of a top U.S. firm in New York City and Madrid.

Jordi is fluent in Spanish, English and Catalan.
