SIAC has 4 panels of arbitrators — a Regional Panel, International Panel, SIAC SGX-DC Panel and SIAC SGX-DT Panel.

The Regional Panel and the International Panel are of the same standing. The Regional Panel consists of names from Singapore and within the ASEAN region. The International Panel, on the other hand, consists of arbitrators who are physically located beyond ASEAN.

The SIAC SGX-DT Panel was formed on 1 July 2005 and the SIAC SGX-DC Panel was formed on 27 March 2006, in conjunction with the launch of its respective arbitration procedure administered by the SIAC.
