The information on each arbitrator that you see here is necessarily very brief. It does not include the substantial amount of confidential information in SIAC's possession.

Parties in dispute can hardly ever agree on who to appoint as the arbitrator for their case. You can save yourself a lot of trouble and valuable time by allowing SIAC to do it for you. With detailed knowledge of our arbitrators, including knowledge from past appointments, we believe we are better placed to appoint the right arbitrator for your case.

In cases arbitrated outside of SIAC's arbitration rules, we charge a very small fee for the appointment of arbitrators. For cases arbitrated under SIAC's arbitration rules, no appointment fee is payable at all. Click here to view the details.
