The appointment fee is payable where a request for appointment of arbitrator is made in an ad hoc case. The fee is payable by the party requesting the appointment. The request for appointment must be accompanied by the payment.

This schedule of appointment fees is effective as of 1 July 2007. All sums stated are in Singapore dollars.
