Goh Joon Seng is the Chairman and a Director of the SIAC's Board of Directors.
Mr Goh retired as a Judge of the Supreme Court in 2000 after serving for
almost 10 years. He is currently a Consultant with Lee & Lee. Mr Goh holds
a number of concurrent positions including that of President of the Tribunal
for the Maintenance of Parents; Chairman of Presidential Council for Religious
Harmony; Chairman of the Consumer Mediation Unit of the Association of Banks
in Singapore; Chairman of the Insurance Disputes Resolution Organisation
Limited; Chairman of the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre;
Chairman of the Income Tax Board of Review; Member of the Permanent Court
of Arbitration at the Hague; Member of the Appeal Advisory Panel under the
Securities and Futures Act, the Financial Advisers Act and the Insurance Act;
Member of the Panel under Section 90(1)(a) of the Legal Profession Act; Member
of the United Nations Administrative Tribunal; Member of the Competition
Appeal Board; Member of the Appeal Advisory Panel under the Trust Companies
Act 2005 and the Business Trusts Act.
Mr Goh received his law degree from the University of Singapore in 1962. He
was thereafter admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of
Singapore and that of West Malaysia. He practised at the Bar until his
appointment to the Bench in 1990.

As Deputy Chairman of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Professor Boo oversees the daily operations of SIAC.
He was the first Chief Executive Officer and Registrar of SIAC. In 1996, he left to set up The Arbitration Chambers. Before his return to SIAC in May 2004, Professor Boo, a chartered arbitrator, sat as professional arbitrator in more than 150 cases and as mediator in more than 50 disputes.
Professor Boo is also active in the academic circle. He leads the teaching of international commercial arbitration at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore since 1994 and is the Course Director for the Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration. He also supervises postgraduate research candidates in the field of ADR. He is a Visiting Professor of Wuhan University School of Law, China and is also on the adjunct faculty of Bond University, Australia. He is the author of the "Arbitration" title of Halsbury's Laws of Singapore (1998 and 2003 re-issue) and the chapter on Singapore in the book International Handbook of Commercial Arbitration (1996 and 2002 Re-issue).
Professor Boo is a law reform consultant to the Attorney-General's Chambers and Singapore's Representative to UNCITRAL Working Group (Arbitration and Conciliation) and Singapore’ s National Correspondent to UNCITRAL's Case Law on UNCITRAL Text (CLOUT).
Professor Boo was appointed as a District Judge on 2 April 2007.

Indranee Thurai Rajah is a director in the litigation department of Drew & Napier.
She began her career as a Legal Assistant with Freshfields, Singapore in 1987 and
1988. In 1988, she joined Drew & Napier's Litigation Department as Legal Assistant
and became a Partner in 1994. With the corporatisation of the firm to Drew & Napier
LLC, she is now a Director of the company.
Ms Rajah was appointed Senior Counsel by the Chief Justice of Singapore in 2003.
She is a board member of the Land Transport Authority and was elected Member of
Parliament for the Tanjong Pagar Group Representation Constituency in 2001. Ms
Rajah is also a member of the Law Society Disciplinary Committee.
She received her LLB from the National University of Singapore in 1986.

Sam
Bonifant retired as a Partner with the law firm of Clifford
Chance and head of the Finance and Projects Group in
the Singapore office in April 2006 but remains as a
consultant to the firm. Prior to his arrival in Singapore
in 1985, Mr Bonifant spent 5 years in the London office
of Clifford Chance from 1976 to 1982 followed by 4 years
in the firm's associated firm in Bahrain.
Mr Bonifant specializes in projects development and
project finance, debt restructuring, cross border finances
and general banking and has over 20 years of experience
in those areas. He has represented many of the leading
and international banks and merchant banks in Europe
and Asia Pacific as well as developers and other investors
developing or making investments in various infrastructure
and other projects (including power, oil and gas, paper,
roads and telecoms) in the region.
He graduated in Law from Canterbury University, Christchurch,
New Zealand and is admitted to practise in New Zealand
and in England and Wales.

Greg
Tanner is the Senior Vice President, Strategic Development,
Asia Pacific of DHL Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd. He
is also President of the Singapore Corporate Counsel
Association, which was formally established in 2003
as a body which would provide a forum for in-house counsel
to network and share educational opportunities.
Mr Tanner is a law graduate of King's College, University
of London and Université de Paris I, Panthéon
Sorbonne.
He is admitted to practise as a Solicitor in England
& Wales, as an Attorney at Law in the State of New
York, and as an Avocat a l'Ordre des Avocats de Paris,
France.
Before joining DHL, Mr Tanner spent over 12 years with
Clifford Chance, White & Case and Informix Software,
in Europe, the US and Asia.

Peter
Blumbach is President of the Amsbach Group of Companies.
The Amsbach Group is a logistic company providing marine,
air and land transportation services, mainly to international
oil companies operating in the region.
Mr Blumbach has more than 25 years of extensive experience
in ship management and ship brokerage. He has in-depth
knowledge of every facet of the shipping and marine
transportation industry especially in South East Asia.
He attended Business College, Chamber of Commerce in
Bremen, Germany where he specialized in ship management
including practical training with a ship owning company.
Mr Blumbach is an Affiliate Life Member of the Stanford
Business School Alumni Association, Stanford University
and a Fellow of the Institute of Shipping Management.

Enrico
Sismondo is the Managing Director of Muse Stancil (Asia),
a firm providing consulting services to the petroleum
/ petrochemical and energy industry.
He has substantial years of experience in refining,
supply logistics, negotiation, and joint venture relationships
at the highest management level; his initial experience
included refinery optimization, facilities planning,
linear programming and process control computer applications.
Mr Sismondo spent a large part of his career at the
oil giant Caltex rising to become Managing Director
of the Caltex Group of Companies in Singapore from 1991
- 1997. Between 1997 and 1999, he was Principal Consultant
and Director of Kensis International Pte Ltd and an
independent consultant to government and businesses
on petroleum, chemical and related industries.
Mr Sismondo is a graduate of Cornell University in
Chemical Engineering and has been a member of the American
Association for the Advancement of Science since 1967.
