示范仲裁条款

“凡因本合约而产生的或与本合约有关的任何争议，包括合约的存在、效力或终止等任何问题，应提交新加坡国际仲裁中心（简称“中心”），按其现行有效的规则，在新加坡进行最终仲裁。本合约签订后，若中心对其仲裁规则有所修订，则按中心已通过且生效的最新修订规则进行仲裁。中心的现行规则或上述修订规则应被视为本条款的一部分。”

订约各方还可以在条款中加入：

“仲裁庭将由___________位由中心主席指定的仲裁员组成。”（请确定一位或三位）

“仲裁语言为___________。”

关于合约的适用法律条款

建议在律师的指导下制定此条款，以下谨供参考：

“本合约以_____________的法律为其适用法律。”

注：空白处应指明以某国家的法律作为合约的适用法律。有些国家（例如美国），在其不同的州或地区，实行不同的法律体系，在合约中须指明以该国的某州法律或某地区法律，作为合约的适用法律。

Model Clause

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

The Tribunal shall consist of________ arbitrator(s) to be appointed by the Chairman of the SIAC. (State an odd number. Either state one, or state three.)
