Asian International Arbitration Journal (AIAJ) Published: May 2010 Format: Paperback Retail Price: S$360 The Asian International Arbitration Journal (AIAJ) aims to be the thought leader on issues in international commercial arbitration in the Asia-Pacific region. The AIAJ commenced publishing in 2005 and is published twice a year. The journal carries articles, notes on awards, legislation updates and book reviews. Professor Lawrence Boo and Dr Philip Chan are the General Editors. They are assisted by a Managing Editor, Ms Sabiha Shiraz. The General Editors are solely responsible for setting editorial policy guidelines and accepting contributions to the journal. Celebrating Success: 20 Years UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration by Singapore International Arbitration Centre Published: May 2006 Format: Paperback Retail Price: S$35 (excluding GST) A Conference organized by UNCITRAL and SIAC was held on 22 and 23 September 2005 in Singapore to commemorate 20 years of the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitrations. The Conference brought together a group of distinguished scholars and practitioners to discuss the jurisprudence that has since developed over these instruments. Institutional Arbitration in Asia by Singapore International Arbitration Centre Published: September 2005 Format: Paperback Retail Price: S$35 (excluding GST) The popularity of institutional arbitration in Asia is on the rise because of the advantages it offers parties in resolving transnational disputes in the region. For some Asian countries, institutional arbitration is the only form of arbitration that is known and recognized. A Symposium organised by ICC and SIAC was held in February 2005 in Singapore to discuss and share views on current issues in institutional arbitration.
