img-limseokhui As the Chief Executive Officer of SIAC and the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), Ms Lim is responsible for the overall management and operations of both institutions. She has previously worked in Hong Kong and Singapore as a corporate, securities and M&A lawyer in private practice with international firms, and held various General Counsel roles in multinational corporations prior to joining SIAC and SIMC. She qualified as a Barrister and is also admitted as a solicitor in Singapore, Hong Kong and England & Wales.



DELPHINE HO
REGISTRAR
img-delphine As Registrar of SIAC, Delphine oversees the SIAC Secretariat in the provision of case management services.

Delphine joins the SIAC with both private and public sector experience. She has spent a significant part of her career with leading Singapore law firms where she specialised in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. She subsequently joined the Singapore Legal Service and served as an Assistant Registrar of the Singapore Supreme Court. Delphine is called to the Singapore Bar and is also admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales. In addition, she is an Associate Mediator of the Singapore Mediation Centre.

Delphine speaks English, Mandarin and French.

KEVIN NASH
DEPUTY REGISTRAR & CENTRE DIRECTOR
img-kevin As Deputy Registrar and Centre Director, Kevin assists the Registrar in the administration of all cases filed with SIAC, and the supervision of SIAC's multinational Secretariat.

Kevin holds a B.A. from Mount Allison University and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Kevin worked at one of Canada's prominent 'Seven Sister' law firms and then went on to study an LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration at Stockholm University. He is qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor with the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Kevin speaks English and French.

ADRIANA USON
COUNSEL
img-katherine Adriana graduated Class Valedictorian from the De La Salle University - Far Eastern University dual degree program where she received her Juris Doctor (JD) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) degrees. In the process, she was also awarded the Gold Medal Award for Academic Excellence and the MBA-JD Model Student Award.

Through an international study abroad scholarship grant from the University of San Diego School of Law, Adriana obtained diplomas in International Environmental Law and in Comparative Criminal Law in Oxford, as well as diplomas in International Corporation Law and International Litigation in Universitat de Barcelona Institute of International and Comparative Law. She has also obtained a Certificate of Language Course Completion (Chinese) from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Adriana has previously worked as an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of a top-tier Philippine law firm, and was formerly Special Assistant to the Chairman/ Consultant of the Philippines' Presidential Commission on Good Government.

ALIONA BITKIVSKAJA
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-janicelee Aliona graduated with an LL.M. in International Business Law from the National University of Singapore, specializing in International Arbitration, International Investment Law and Comparative Oil and Gas Law. She also holds a B.A. degree in Anthropology and Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Prior to joining SIAC, Aliona worked at a global financial services provider and completed internships at international law firms in Europe and Asia.

Aliona is fluent in English, Russian and Lithuanian.

KHYATI RANIWALA
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-janicelee Khyati graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the Singapore Management University School of Law. She is admitted to practice as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Khyati completed internships at the litigation and corporate teams of local and international law firms and was a litigation associate at a law firm in Singapore prior to joining SIAC.

Khyati is fluent in English and Hindi.

CHRISTOPHER BLOCH
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-christopherbloch Christopher received his Juris Doctor and graduated magna cum laude with a certificate in International Law from Pace University School of Law in New York. During law school, he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Pace Law Review, the President of the Student Bar Association,  practiced pro bono securities arbitration at the Pace Investor Rights Clinic, and worked as a research scholar at the Institute of International Commercial Law.

Before joining SIAC, Christopher worked as an associate in the international arbitration group of a leading U.S. law firm in Singapore and in the physical oil and gas trading group at an investment bank in New York. He has also served as a tribunal secretary in the chambers of an independent arbitrator in Singapore and is a member of the Young ICCA Task Force on the Appointment and Use of Arbitral Secretaries. Christopher is a New York-qualified lawyer.

QIAN WU
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-qianwu Qian is a graduate of Sichuan University (Bachelor's degree in law), Xiamen University (Master's degree in law) and the Geneva LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS).

Prior to joining SIAC, Qian practiced litigation and arbitration in Beijing with a Chinese law firm. She also worked for major law firms in Paris and Geneva.

Qian is fluent in Mandarin and English.

KENDISTA WANTAH
ASSOCIATE COUNSEL
img-kendistawantah Kendista graduated from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan where he actively participated and performed with distinction in international moot court competitions. Kendista thereafter practiced commercial litigation and arbitration - both national and international - with leading dispute resolution firms in Indonesia. He also clerked for one of the foremost Indonesian arbitrators prior to joining SIAC.

Kendista is admitted to the Indonesian Bar. He is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

ALLISON GOH
